How do I lead reader to older posts

  Does anyone know how to get a widget which suggests older posts after each new one? Ie…’you might also enjoy these’ with a thumbnail and title? Thanks guys…Henrietta x

  WordPress.com already provides three related post links at the bottom of each published post. See here http://en.support.wordpress.com/related-posts/
