How do I leave a blog?

How do I leave a blog as a user? I created the blog under my account and gave administrator rights to another account. I would like to remove this account’s user access from the blog completely. Is this possible?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Just a note, you’re currently commenting under the username affairofthepoisons, not mindfulliberation. Is that the username you would like removed?
You’re currently listed as the owner of vcumswsacommunityservice.wordpress.com, so I’ll need to transfer ownership of the blog to the other user on the account before I remove you. Can you just reply back confirming the other username on the blog that you would like to transfer ownership to?

I said “mindfulliberation” because that is what appears on my blog when I post something. My username in my url is affairofthepoisons (and comes up here as affairofthepoisons as well). I don’t know what the difference is.
The other user on the account that you need to transfer ownership of the blog to is vcumswsa.

I have transferred the ownership of the blog vcumswsacommunityservice.wordpress.com to the user vcumswsa and removed your current username (affairofthepoisons) from the blog.
Just to clarify the username bit, “affairofthepoisons” is your username at WordPress.com. “Mindfulliberation” is your Display Name, meaning how your name appears to others when you comment on their site, write a new post, etc. It’s a nickname of sorts.
