How do I leave a blog?

  I want to leave a blog (I’m currently a contributor I think). I have read this page (https://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/#leave-a-blog), but I can’t even find my Dashboard, much less the ‘My Blogs’ section of it. I’ve searched online and it seems that I have to email customer support, but I don’t have a paid account. Please help.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  To reach your Dashboard, go to My Sites > WP Admin > My Blogs. Hover your mouse over the blog URL you wish to leave and click the “Leave Blog” link.
