How do I let people subscribe to a post and reply to a comment?

  Hope that made sense. I’ve noticed on other WP blogs people can subscribe to whenever a comment is posted to a original post. Also, each new comment has a reply function after it. How do I get those functions?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You have to enable that Reply function (nested comments) under Settings->Discussion. As for the subscription button, your blog has that, only as a text link. It says “RSS feed for these comments”.
