How do I limit my upgrade?

    Longtime subscription basic package with domain mapping. Recently thought I only ordered $30. upgrade for theme modification. Got charged full $99. Did not order full package – your receipt just came through. Cant see how to limit upgrade and charge.

    It appears as if you purchased the Premium upgrade on August 3, 2014. Would you like me to cancel that package, refund you $69, and add the Custom Design upgrade ($30) only?
