how do I link a pdf document to a page?

  I have done this in the past on previous pages, where a pdf link to a document I’ve created opens up from a link in the page. How do i do this?! Thank you!

  Have you tried adding the pdf file to your media library and adding it into your post? If you do it that way, everyone will have access to the pdf unless you remove it yourself. Alternatively, if you want to link to a pdf file you do not have control over you can do that as well. But if the pdf is removed, the pdf won’t be accessible and users will get an error when trying to access the pdf. The link below will give you instructions on how to do both.

  Thank you very much. I was missing the attachment display setting step to select media file!
