How do I link in my tabs?

  I have tried everything, but I can’t seem to get my tabs to go to where I want. For instance, I want the “Home” tab on my blog to direct to http://www.alphabrigade.com. Also, I want my “Forums” tab to lead directly to an offsite forum. How do I do this using the editor?
