how do i link my most recent blog post to my menu?

i’m using a static front page. my posts are not set up as pages. right now the blog tab links to the very first post, not the most recent post.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You have a custom link named Blog added to the menu.
Remove the Blog custom link and instead add Blog page to the menu by following the instructions in this support document: https://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/view-all/#adding-pages

my posts aren’t set up as pages and don’t appear on the Pages tab in Menu. how do i get the most recent post to appear on the Pages tab?

have now added a Blog page to my menu and added my posts as sub items to that page. will i have to manually add future posts as they publish, or is there a way to set this up automatically?

Your “Blog” link in the menu goes to the static page https://faithwachterconsulting.wordpress.com/blog/. Assign that page as your posts page at Settings > Reading. Then the link will go the posts page instead of a static page. However, the content of the page (image and text: “My husband likes to eat cheap. I like to eat well….”) will not be displayed.
