how do i link pages to their parent page?

  pages don’t appear under their parent page – how do I link them

  Thanks, timethief – this worked well – the video at http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/#activating-your-menu
  was especially helpful as it never entered my head to indent the sub-menu items by hand…all is well.
