How do I link to a place within the page instead of just the page?

If you look at the Staff page on my site you’ll see what I mean. I want to be able to link to the individual staff members’ bios not just the Staff Page. I don’t want users to click on a staff members’ name and go to the top of the staff page; I want them to go right to the staff bio Thanks in advance for your help.
