    WordPress.com does not have any specific feature to directly link webcams to your site.

    There might be third party services that you can look into, but I’m not familiar with any in particular enough to advice you about this.

    The closest you could do in WordPress.com is to have an Image Widget that you update constantly. You are looking to stream your webcam, which is a tad more complex.
