How do I link to my wordpress blog on my personal website?

  I have a weebly account and was wondering if there were any suggestions on this. I would like to link to my blog other than just a hyperlink on a single page. Does wordpress offer any html that I can throw down that will link to my wordpress blog. I’m just getting started and i did search the forums and couldn’t quite find the answer. ANY help would be great! Thanks!
