How do i linked to wordpress blogs together or transfer one into the other?

  i started blogging on one and when i created a new site. http://www.burningbushbrands.com a new blog was up and not sure how to link the old content to new blog. designer on vacation. also want to link new blog to twitter and linkedin like old site.
