How do I liven captions as a link?

After uploading a picture and inserting it into a page, and then adding a caption, I want to liven up the wording/caption and link it to another page. Does anyone know if that can be done?

We cannot put links in captions here at wordpress.COM. You can link the image to another page though.

There are at least a couple of ways to craft your own captions, which can be formated or can include links, and which look similar to the auto-wp caption “feature.” They involve using html coding. What specifically do you want to do? Provide examples, links, etc…
