How do I load a Theme?

  I downloaded a WordPress theme, it doesn’t appear in the graphics when I select presentation, it only shows the canned ones. How do I make it become my theme?

  Those themes are for regular WordPress that you host elsewhere. They’re not for WordPress.com as we do not have file level access to the sites here for security purposes.
