How do I load the wordpress theme that I just bought?

bought a theme through themeforest.com and want to know how to install it
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Sorry but if you are going to blog here at WordPress.com then you cannot use that theme as it’s coded to run on WordPress.ORG software.
We do not have FTP access to free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and we not able to upload third party themes.

http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/adding-new-themes/The only themes you can use on a free hosted WordPress.com blog are those found here > Appearance > Themes and showcased here > http://wordpress.com/themes/ We cannot access and edit any templates underlying our themes. Only Staff can edit as every blog wearing the same theme is using the same template.
Unless you are prepared to pay for a VIP account, http://vip.wordpress.com/our-services/ there is no upgrade you can purchase that changes this at WordPress.COM.

You cannot. On WordPress.COM we cannot upload themes found online.
The themes we can use on WordPress.com are available here:

http://wordpress.com/themes/Do you know that there are different kinds of WordPress, and that most of the information, downloads, YouTubes, etc?

On the instructions for the theme download it shows the WordPress back end with on the manage themes and an upload themes button. Where would this be at? It said word press? Am I on the wrong WordPress site??
