How do I locate a lost admin username and password?

We can’t locate the username and password for the blog admin and need to migrate the blog to our new WordPress site. HELP!

Please visit your login page @ https://ldobuzz.wordpress.com/wp-login.php . Then click on “Lost your password?” link under the login form. Enter your email address and then you should receive an email with the reset instructions.
