How do I locate my blog files

I recently bought hosting from godaddy and wasnt told buy the customer rep that I had to back up my blog(www.felineswholunch.com) in order to transfer the files onto my new hosting. So now Ive basically lost my blog and Im really upset and anxious as I paid to have the site designed.
Im really hoping you can help me rectify the situation as my website designer set up the blog for me, and I really dont know if its on .org or .com. Even when I tried to recover my password it would not let me log in with my email address (email visible only to moderators and staff). Until I kept looking for how to contact you via support then tried to just set up a new blog to contact you. Then I was told my email was already in use, so Im thinking my blog FelineswhoLunch is on the other site as opposed to this one that im contacting you from.
I really do hope this all makes sense and you can help me

I’m sorry, but I’m not finding any blogging activity for you here on WordPress.com. So I would guess that you had a self hosted WordPress site with a different hosting provider. You might contact your designer and ask them if they remember what hosting provider was used.
I wish I could help more, that must be very frustrating.

Hi , thanks for looking but is it possible for you to try and find it through an ip address. As I have the ip address that my domain used to point to, which is 94.136.40.103.
My web designer claims he hasnt hosted it else where so Im really hoping this might help. -
