How do I located imported posts?

  I imported some posts from another blog platform to my WordPress blog and received the email telling me that the import was successful. Where can I find the imported posts? They don’t seem accessible from my dashboard (they don’t show up as drafts).

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi,

  Which blog platform were you coming from? Imported posts would appear as normal posts in the Posts section of your Dashboard.

  I don’t know how to answer the first question. I imported blog posts from my personal website and blog using a TypePad format. My problem is that I know the posts were imported but I can’t find them. They don’t seem to be published and they don’t appear as drafts. Where else could they be?

  TypePad is what I was looking for :-).

  Were you trying to import into your sassyangelac.wordpress.com (a.k.a. vyavaharasatya.com) site or a different one? I can try the import again for you, as they would have appeared in your Posts list.

  I imported posts from another site into dreamingsassy.wordpress.com . When I click on the “Posts” tab in my dashboard I can see that there are 119 Posts, with 66 of them published and 1 draft. Where are the remaining 52 posts?

  Same situation with july22ndpublishing.wordpress.com. There are 91 posts, with 24 published and no drafts. Where are the remaining 67 posts? How do I get to them?

  I know that these are my imported posts because I know I imported exactly the number of posts that are invisible to me.

  Howdy,

  Sorry for the delay. We’ve added those posts as “Drafts” for both sites. We weren’t sure if they were meant to be published or not and didn’t want to chance it.

  You can “bulk publish” them by select the checkbox at the top of the list of posts (which will make them all selected), click “Bulk Actions”, then “Edit” and click “Apply” at the top. In the pop-up section, you can change the “Status” to Published, then click Update.
