How do I log back into the dashboard to correct warnings?

I have the following warnings and can’t log into the dashboard to try and fix it:

Warning: Missing argument 2 for wpdb::prepare(), called in /home/content/95/11069795/html/wp-content/plugins/category-icons/category_icons.php on line 1047 and defined in /home/content/95/11069795/html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 992

Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/content/95/11069795/html/wp-includes/wp-db.php:992) in /home/content/95/11069795/html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 875

So what I need is to know how to fix these warnings and how to log back in so I can do so. Please help! My name is Chris Hines but my wife Debbie has been building the site could you send her the answers need to correct this situation. (email visible only to moderators and staff) is her email the site with the errors is CRHines.com

The site you are asking about does not seem to be hosted on WordPress.COM so you need to make friends over at WordPress.ORG the keepers of the software you are using.

When I was on wordpress.org they didn’t recognize me but wordpress.com did.

WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and have separate logins. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click this link http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
