how do I log out of blog?

  I set up an account and verified my username. It opened another screen and now I have two screens. How do I get rid of one page. Then how do I log out of page I want to use. Than how do I get back on page to view comments or to add content to blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
