How do I login to my website if the wp-admin and login.php don't work?

  I can’t access my admin page. wp-admin is a blank page. login.php brings me to the login, but tells me to clear my cookies (which I have already done). Everything was working yesterday… but now, it’s not letting me log in. My website still works completely fine, but I can’t login to make any changes or anything. Yesterday, I made some changes to the code in the .php (only color changes) before realizing I could do that through the dashboard lol. I am new to wordpress, please help!
