How do I make a certain post go to a certain page?

  I am trying to add a certain post to a certain page I have on my blog.
  For example: I have a post named Dogs and I have two pages, home and dogs. every time I post anything it goes to my home page. I want it to go to Dogs! Any help would be greatly appreciated.
