A link to your WordPress.com blog would be nice, starting with http://
If you are hosted here on WordPress.com, the only widget we have available for chat is the Meebo widget, which can be added to your WordPress.com blog’s sidebar.

Look at Jennifer’s, Seretide.
You might also want to use Talkinator on your Text Widget but mind the widht of the theme’s sidebar you’re using. -

She wants you to provide a link to your blog such as http://yourname.wordpress.com so we can be sure the answer we’ll provide should work or not on your blog.

@seretide your options are different if your blog is hosted on WordPress.COM or not. So again, a link to your blog would be nice, including the http:// part. :)
But so far there have been two options given.
Mine:If you are hosted here on WordPress.com, the only widget we have available for chat is the Meebo widget, which can be added to your WordPress.com blog’s sidebar.
and
baba’s:You might also want to use Talkinator on your Text Widget but mind the widht of the theme’s sidebar you’re using.
Also, check out the new Support documentation from the link at the top of this page.

In your Dashboard >> Appearance>> Widgets, scroll down the page until you see “Meedbo” and click “Add” This will add the widget to your sidebar. http://support.wordpress.com/widgets/meebo-widget/ Save your changes by clicking on the “Save Changes” button.
If this is the first widget you are adding to your sidebar, it will remove all the other default widgets in your sidebar.
