How do I make a direct link to a specific website when clicking on the post?

  I am using the Fifteen theme on WordPress, I’m trying to find the code that will allow me to get to a specific page when I click on the Post.

  this the link of my website:

  On the homepage, each post appears as a single photo. I need help in figuring out the best code that will make each time I click on the photo, it will leads me to a specific link that I desire.
