how do i make a duplicate of my wordpress site?

  i want to copy an existing wordpress site to a new one.

  so i have http://www.abcitycapital.com/wordpress and i want to duplicate this and change some of the text to a new domain but keep the http://www.abcitycapital.com site.

  Are you aware of what Google’s position is on duplicate content and what the Panda algorithm does? It detects duplicate content. See here > http://support.google.com/webmasters/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=66359

  I own both sites an both companies.

  Okay if you don’t care about how Googles views duplicate content and how that will affect your original content and pagerank on it then that’s your choice. See:
