How do I make a menu bar stay loaded

    Hello,

    I would like to create an outline menu which stay loaded at any time, so that way I could navigate on my website with that menu staying at any moment and never reloading when i switch pages.

    As I don’t really know how to explain it (please tell me if you know the name of that thing) here is a website with it (you need to scroll first but then it stays on any page of the website) :
