How do I make a page tab link directly to another wp blog?

  I have two wp blogs and want to link them via ‘page’ tabs, that will direct users straight to the other website. So when users hit the page tab it takes them to my other blog. I have found this code which is supposed to work when entered into the page’s ‘title’ box – but it’s not working for me:

  NAME HERE

  I’m a bit of a novice, so any tips will be greatly appreciated!
