How do I make a post above all other posts?

  I want to make my welcome post important so it is above all other posts, because all my new posts are above that welcom posts. How do I do this?

  There isn’t any way to do that here at wordpress.com. You could create a static front page with your welcome on it with a link to your main blog page.

  You could also, if it isn’t too long, put your welcome message in a text widget at the top of your sidebar.
