How do I make a product available to a specific customer, but not make it public on our website?

    I have taken over managing our account, and a rep has asked me to add a new product, which I did. However, he was unable to complete his checkout process because of some sort of shipping error. In any case, I think I solved it.

    But now my issue is that I do not want this product visible on our website, but I do want this rep to be able to perform a checkout with this product
