How do I make a second blog with the WordPress engine?

  My client needs to migrate specific posts from his main blog to another blog. I want to make that second blog, but that ability seems to be available only as a WordPress account user. We are using the WordPress engine on our site; is there a difference?Please help!

  WordPress.com and WPEngine are two completely different companies and we use different versions of the WordPress software.
