How do I make all my blog posts display in Title/excerpt/featured image format?

I just changed themes, and now all my blog posts (several hundred in all) are displaying in long form. I need to be able to have all the posts – past, present, and scheduled – appear in title/excerpt format with a featured image. How do I make this change? I’m now using the truly minimal theme (I was using fresh & Clean). Thanks!

Hi Shannon, Truly Minimal is not one of the themes in which you can choose a Featured Image. If this is important to you, take a look at the following link which contains the themes with that option:

    http://en.wordpress.com/themes/filter/minimal+featured-images/

I did a search for you with the parameters “featured image” and “minimal.” You can add/edit any parameters you’d like to a theme search.

Once you do find the perfect theme for you, go to Settings → Reading. Scroll to “For each article in a feed, show” and choose “Summary.” Then save your changes.

Please let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks much and happy blogging!
