How do I make an ENTIRELY DIFFERENT SECOND BLOG?

  I wanted to “follow up” my previous questions. I found a way to restore my blog, mostly, only the widgets need more work. But I still don’t know how to make a SECOND ENTIRELY DIFFERENT BLOG without the same transfer of content problem. Thank you for all that you have done.
