How do I make blog address and site title match?

  I changed the blog address, but the site title did not change. I can’t figure out why not, or how to fix it.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The Site title and/or the Tagline can be changed on the top of this page at any time. > Settings > General
  “save changes”
