How do I make changes to Email Cname? Getting Error Messages

  email cname. GoDaddy gave me the proper cname info to set up my email account properly. However, WP will not accept the address. A GoDaddy rep even stayed on the phone with me to walk me through it and we were unable to make the changes. My email is down until this is resolved. Please help.

  Have you tried inputting the DNS records following those steps?
