How do i make images on my site easy to post to pinterest?

i want to be able to hover over images and see a “P” to post to Pinterest easily.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there!
Unfortunately, that big P isn’t available on WordPress.com sites. We do offer a sharing button that can appear at the end of your post, however. By giving your readers access to this button, they can click on it, and choose which images from your post that they want to pin.
