How do I make it show only the most recent post?

  I am trying to have only my most recent post on the posts page. Is there a way I can do that? I tried in settings but I couldn’t find anything.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello,

  The Display Posts Shortcode allows you to fine-tune the posts you wish to display on a page.

  I would try to use this shortcode and add “1” as a value to the posts_per_page attribute.
