  How do I make it so that more than 1 person can post, and stuff on my blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  ohh and also, what are the different “rankings” abilities
  -contributor
  -administrator
  -editor
  -author

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/adding-users/ will help you add other users to contribute to your blog, and http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/ should help explain the different roles.
