How do I make it so that my blog start appearing on search engines?

Does your blog start appearing on search engines like google only after people start viewing, by how many days have passed, or is it how much you post?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Post good content regularly and frequently and it does take time, up to 4-6 weeks. The site you’ve linked to has one post written yesterday.

It takes 4 to 7 weeks for a new site to be fully indexed by search engines, and that is only if there is something worth indexing – you need to add more content
