How do I make moving pictures?

It’s a pain in the ass! You’re better off finding the pictures. Google whatever the word and then add gif to the search. These are called animated gifs. If I wanted to find animated penguins, I would Google for animated penguin gifs, animated penguin images, animated penguin pictures, animated penguins clip art, etc.
You need the pictures to be the same size for it to work right. But this tool can upload up to 10 pictures. Just keep on clicking Browse after each one is uploaded:
300 to 450 pixels wide will get their logo on the gif after.
This next site is better but you have to get used to it. It took me weeks to figure out the basics. But first upload your picture:
Set the Maximum Canvas Size to what you want. Then upload. Click Add Animation. Click Browse and upload another picture. Click Add Animation again and repeat this process until all your pictures are uploaded. Keep the Frame Delay Seconds at number 1 for your regular basic speed. A higher number will make it slower I think. For way faster, make it .01 because anything .00 or whatever is a lesser number and will make it extremely fast.
Click the toolbar on top of this site and under Edit, you can click Resize Image to get an exact size on both sides of an image (width and height) instead of just one side (width).
As I said that site will take getting used to. Good luck.

Forgot to add that the resizer on the second link is the only resizer I can find that can resize animated pictures without losing the animation. It will still move.
And if your pictures are not all the same size, after your animated pictures is done, click the toolbar on top of that site and under Edit, you can click Crop Image. Click Rectangle where it says Cut Shape. Make the shape you want and then click Crop Image under where it says
Select cut shape, select area of image then click
. Then download the image through the download link at the bottom of the page.
