How do I make my banner linked to fundraising page?
-
I am raising money for the SickKids hospital in Toronto by breaking Guinness World Records in feats of strength. I have a donation button up, but would like to have my banner able for people to click and be taken directly to the Sick Kids hospital personal website where people can donate directly to them.
How do I make my banner clickable to send people to this website?

my blog is http://6packlapadat.com
However, it is a free blog, so as your first reply suggests I guess I am out of luck :(
Thanks for your help anyways! Hopefully I still raise money for the kids. I am pulling a plane in Toronto this fall.

You can post an unencrypted PayPal donation link on a free hosted WordPress.com blog. http://en.support.wordpress.com/paypal/
You can post a contact form. http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/
You can install the Social Vibe widget. http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/socialvibe-widget/
You can create a custom menu and include a custom link in it to the site in question. Staff have provided help for those who want to structure their blog like a website. > http://en.support.wordpress.com/using-wordpress-to-create-a-website/What’s critical is:
(1) a clear comprehension of the differences between pages and posts > http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/
(2) a clear comprehension of the fact that here is only one dynamic page in a blog for posts and we cannot post to more than that one page. But we can create the appearance that we have posted to more than one page.We organize our posts by assigning Categories to them. When we publish a post it automatically appears on the running page for posts and also on the Categories pages and Archives pages. Note: There must be one published post in each Category in order for there to be anything to display.
A custom menu allows you to display Categories in tabs along the horizontal navigation where normally only Pages tabs are displayed. If you wish you can also include Pages and custom links in your custom menu as well.
These are the how-to instructions:
How to create Pages > http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/
How to create a custom menu > http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/
How to include a custom link > http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/#adding-custom-linksBut when it comes to driving traffic to a third party site by linking it to your header image that’s “no go”.
