How do I make my blog hidden?

I want my blog to be hidden, visible to just me. SO, how do I make that happen?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi! You can do that by going to Settings->Reading.
In Site Visibility, select “I would like my site to be private, visible only to myself and users I choose”.
