How do I make my blog public?

None of my friends can find my blog but it says I have published it. I can’t even find it on a different computer. What did I do wrong?

Do you mean in search engines? You won’t find it via search engines because you have no posts. You need to add some posts before your blog becomes visible in search engines. It is visible via the link above.

I actually do have a post. that is another question I have, i changed my blog address and can’t figure out how to delete the old blog. My new blog address is http://lukesgirl.wordpress.com/ . But yes I meant through search engines.

Dahsboard>Tools>Delete Blog. Make sure it’s what you really want to do though. Maybe set it to private just in case you want it again one day.

Provided you are logged in under the username account that registered the blog you can delete it by using these instructions. http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/
Please note that deleted blog URLs are not recycled.
