How do I make my blogs come up in search engines?

For example, if you search sharing yoochun on google, the first link that comes up is the link to the blog; sharingyoochun.wordpress.com
and also it has the categories all listed, news, features.. other . How do I make my blog appear like that on search engines?
If I search my blog’s name on google, iv3krmusic, the first link that comes up is the contact us page .. not the home page .The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Your blog is in google. It has 39 results (iv3krmusic.wordpress.com/)
Your blog name though is portrayed as a spelling error on google.
Since your blog is not in english I would try the local version of google at google.pt
