how do I make my content wider on the page?

    I keep setting a larger number of pixels and nothing happens.
    It says that my page has been modified but it hasn’t.
    HERO is the theme.
    HELP!!

    In order to increase your content width, you need to increase both of these properties from their current values:

    #page {
      width: 960px;
}

#content {
     width:  620px;
}

    Thank you for taking the time to help.
    I simple copied and pasted your example into what I thought might be the right place…. had a bit of a fiddle with the numbers and presto, it looks the way I wanted it to.
