How do I make my entire website invisible to the pub until I'm ready to publish?

  Hi! I’ve successfully managed to make my pages and posts private. But I also want to make my entire website invisible to the public so even my menus are not seen. How to do this? Thanks much!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  http://aleksandrekshaw.wordpress.com/ – is set to private and nobody can see the contents of it – the only thing anyone visiting your site sees is the this is private screen and the URL of the blog – that is as good as you do – log out and check it
