How do I make my header image smaller?

I have uploaded my custom image and I love the way it looks, but it is MASSIVE. I’d like it half the size that it is now. Is that possible? I’ve resized the image and that didn’t work. Thanks!

You can go to https://styleassisted.wordpress.com/wp-admin/themes.php?page=custom-header and click the [choose image] button to choose one of those images from the media library.
