How do I make my images the same size and remove the frame?
-
I have published some photos one by one (as I prefer the look to the image gallery). However, the images get smaller and smaller as the frames around them grow more and more. By the end they’re barely visible.

That’s because you weren’t careful with the cursor, and inserted each image inside the caption of the previous one. Sorry, you need to delete everything and redo the post. After inserting a captioned image, make sure you place the cursor outside the caption area before doing anything else. Easier in the Text editor.

You’re welcome.
By the way, what do you mean by “prefer the look to the image gallery”? What exactly don’t you like in an image gallery? I’m asking because there might be options you’re not familiar with. -
Ah, right. Well I’ve only worked out how to have the gallery showing little pictures. I want big pictures on the page! If there is a way of doing that, it would make life a hell of a lot easier, as I’m actually finding it tricky to try and put the cursor outside of the caption of the previous one. Thanks.

That’s exactly what I suspected!
When you insert an image gallery, the Text (=code) editor will display this shortcode:
[gallery]For fullsize images, you simply turn it to this:
[gallery columns="1" size="full"] -
That’s been a fantastic help. Thank you. I’m sure it’ll save me a lot of time in the future.
I’ve managed to do some links with the Text editor, however, if I want to make a link out of one of my comments from the gallery, do you know how I do that?
Thanks

Sorry, I don’t understand your new question. Could you rephrase please? Make what link to what?

If I have some comments under one of the pictures in the gallery, explaining what the picture is of, how can I make a link out of one of the words?
More specifically, under the last picture I published (on the latest post), I had the comment: ‘The colour of the water reminds me of the pools found at Jiuzhaigou.’
I would like to link ‘Jiuzhaigou’ to another page on my blog.
The above question aside, I’ve just taken a look at your blog – good work! I’m sure I’ll be passing by in the future.

By “comment” you mean the text you write in the caption field, right? To create a link, you need to add the appropriate code; model:
<a href="URL HERE">LINKING TEXT HERE</a>
