How do I make my most recent post display an image?

  MY page does not look like the page layout for the new theme I chose. It’s missing images for the current blog post. Can I just display an image of my choosing in the giant blank space where there is nothing right now?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The way the theme is designed to function is found here http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/themorningafter/ Scroll down to “Images on the Home Page”

  Scroll down to “Quick Specs”
  Home page “latest post” featured image is 470 in width; “featured posts” on home page use a variable-width thumbnail (default is 65 square).

  Also, when I hit the set image button, nothing happens.
