How do I make my page 2 columns?

  I am trying to put 2 columns into my page. I want the page layout to be “text” “form” side by side instead of on top of each other. I already uploaded the plugin easy columns, but for 1/2 columns I don’t know what width and margin % or px I should put it at.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
